We welcome venues, independent businesses, libraries, community groups, performers and other organizers hosting public events in Arvada, Boulder, Golden, Lafayette, Lakewood, Louisville, Morrison, Superior, Wheat Ridge.
Submitting and listing events has no fee. Event admission is separate: tell visitors whether your event has a ticket price, requires a reservation or has no admission charge.
Your listing can link to your own event or registration page. Visitors can discover events by town, day and interests, and add them to saved plans or shared itineraries.
What happens after you submit?
We review the details
You’ll receive a submission receipt by email. Your event stays private while we review it. If something needs clarification, we’ll email specific feedback and a secure link to revise it.
Share your published listing
We’ll email an update when we make a review decision. Approved events appear after the next successful site update. People can find your listing, save it to their plans and follow your official link.
No account or organizer code is needed. Complete the CAPTCHA and provide an email address for receipts and review updates. Submission does not guarantee publication or attendance; allow time for review before your event.
Have these details ready.
- Exact date and each showtime, plus the end time if known.
- Venue, town, street address or clear meeting point.
- Admission price and any extra fees; say if reservations are required even when admission has no charge.
- Official event or registration link and any signup deadline.
- Age restrictions or audience, plus verified arrival and accessibility information when available.
Already on the calendar?
Search before submitting. If your event is already listed, open its detail page and use “Report an issue” to propose a correction. Separate performances and showtimes can still be submitted for review.
